We here at the BarkPost already knew the answer to this, but it’s good to know science agrees, and the answer is: YES.

1. When you wake up, do stuff! Science has show own brain is the sharpest in the 4 hours or so after waking.

18. Group like-tasks together. For example: anything to do with writing, set aside a time and just crank them all out. You’ll be in the mindset, and get into a get-it-done groove quicker than when you do a bunch of disparate things.
