Willard Beach- South Portland, Maine- This beach is open to dogs year round, but only between 7 am.-9 pm.. However, In the summer months May 1st- September 30th dogs are only allowed 7 am.- 9 am. and 7 pm.- 9 pm.
Seapoint Beach- Kittery Point, Maine- Dogs are not allowed on this beach between 10 am.- 5pm. June 15th- September 10th. However, parking is for Kittery Point residents only.
Drake's Island- Wells, Maine- Dogs must remain on leashes and are not permitted during peak season 8 am.- 6 pm.
Jenness Beach- Rye, New Hampshire- Dogs are allowed off leash on this beach, but only if they are in full control.
Doggie Beach- Nahant, Massachusetts- This dog beach is an off-leash beach.
Herring Cove- Provincetown, Massachusetts- With multiple beaches stretching miles long you are sure to find a perfect spot on the beach. Dogs must remain leashed at all times.
Good Harbor Beach- Provincetown, Massachusetts- Dogs are allowed on the beach anytime while being kept on a leash and in the summer between 6 am.- 9 am. they can also be off leash.
Sachuest Beach- Middletown, Rhode Island- Dogs are allowed all season long, but between Memorial Day and Labor Day they are only allowed between 5 am. - 7:45 am.
Mohegan Bluffs- Block Island, Rhode Island- This will provide you and your pup an amazing view, but dogs must be leashed at all times.
Jennings Dog Beach- Fairfield, Connecticut- This is a full off leash dog beach open from October 1st to March 31st.
Montauk Beach- Montauk, New York- Dogs are allowed on the beach off leash, but not between May 15th through September 30th.
Larchmont Dog Beach- Larchmont, New York-Dogs are allowed off-leash, but it is recommended you go during low tide.
East Hampton Main Beach- East Hampton, New York- Dogs are allowed off-leash in the off season time, but from the second Sunday in May to September 30th, dogs are not allowed on the beach between 9 am. - 6 pm. and can must be on leash during the remaining hours of the in season period.

Silver Beach- Bronx, New York- This off-leash dog run is located inside Pelham Bay Park.
Wildwood Dog Beach- Wildwood, New Jersey- Dogs must be leashed, but this beach is just over the board walk and a full block wide.
Sunset Beach- Cape May, New Jersey- Dogs are only allowed on the beach from September 15th to April 15th, but the sunsets are one in a million.
Longport Dog Beach- Somers Point, New Jersey- This beach allows dogs off-leash and is open year round.
8th Avenue Dog Beach- Asbury Park, New Jersey- Dogs are allowed on the beach and boardwalk all day October 1st through May 15th, but during the summer you can only access it 6 pm. - 8:30 am.
Cape Henlopen State Park- Lewes, Delaware- Dogs are allowed in the seashore beaches all day, but are not allowed on the boardwalk or ocean beach May 1st to September 30th.
Dewey Beach- Dewey Beeach, Delaware- Dogs are allowed anytime in off season, but during the summer dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:30 am. and after 5:30 pm. but they must have a license.
Assateague Island- Ocean City, Maryland- Dogs are only allowed on the Maryland side of the beach and not on any of the trails. Bonus with this beach is it is a wild horse island.
Downs Memorial Park Dog Beach- Pasadena, Maryland- This dog beach is located inside of the Downs Memorial Park, and costs $6 to park.
First Landing State Park Beach- Virginia Beach, Virginia- This beach is in the First Landings State Park, and is open year round. You can also tour through the historic sites in this park.
Ocean View Beach- Norfolk, Virginia- Dogs are not allowed on the beach Memorial Day to Labor Day from 10 am.- 6 pm.
Freeman Park- Carolina Beach, North Carolina- Dogs must be on leash from April 1st to September 30th, but can be off-leash October 1st to March 31st.Fee is $10 to enter.
Oak Island Beaches- Wilmington, North Carolina- These beaches consist of three separate pet friendly beaches.
Topsail Beach- Topsail Beach, North Carolina- Dogs are allowed off-leash except May 15th to September 30th they must be leashed.

Myrtle Beach State Park- Myrtle Beach, South Carolina- Dogs are allowed on the beaches in the park 10 am.-5 pm. May 1st to Labor Day.
Burkes Beach- Hilton Head Island, South Carolina- This beach allows dogs before 10 am. and after 5 pm. Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Isle Of Palm Beaches- Isle of Palms, South Carolina- Dogs are allowed on beaches off leash 5 am. to 8 am. April 1st to September 14th and 4 pm. to 10 am. September 15th through March 31st. All other times the dogs must remain on-leash.
Jekyll Island Beach- Jekyll Island, Georgia- From the visitor's guide: "Pets must be under immediate control of their owners and on a leash no longer than 16’ at all times." **Updated 7/5/16** Thanks to a tip from Jessica from Jekyll Island!

Saint Simon's Island Beach- Saint Simons Island, Geogria- Dogs are allowed on-leash on the beach except for Memorial Day to Labor Day when they are not allowed on the beach between 9 am.-6 pm.
